Trust me, if you knew my dad, you would never want to see this movie ever! He has to always make one stupid crack about how suckish the movie will be. Me, I can’t wait to see it. Check out these early reviews from these different places.
Stars of the hit movies appeared at a specially held press conference on Friday to mark the beginning of filming High School Musical 3: Senior Year. Despite being grilled by the international media, the cast were adamant not to reveal any secrets. According to rumours the plot centres on the senior prom and whether Troy and Gabriella are to remain sweethearts or go their separate ways after they graduate.
Asked whether there was any pressure for HSM3 to top the previous two movies Zac Efron who plays basketball hot shot Troy Bolton said “I kind of think of it as the third act. This is the third movie. We’re not looking to top anything, just to do it justice.”
On the first day’s shoot on Saturday Ashley Tisdale was given a police escort. The officer was only seen to leave her side when she was actually involved in shooting a scene. Tisdale was seen looking unsociable and down at the mouth, reportedly not speaking to other cast members except Vanessa Hudgens who wasn’t working but had turned up to hang out with her co-stars.
The movie will hit the silver screen on October 24th!

High School Musical will be missing a very familiar face when they return for a third outing – It’s goodbye to Gabriella. Disney do not want to take on actress Vanessa Hudgens after naked pictures of her surfaced on the internet.
OK! magazine report that Disney does not want the 18 year old because of the scandal that has surrounded her nude photographs.
A source said: “Disney finally decided that they don’t want her back. They feel that as long as Zac Efron is in the movie, all will be fine. He’s the real star – the household name – and, most importantly, he comes without baggage.”
So can Troy carry the franchise without his Gabriella? We don’t know, it will just seem wrong without the two songbirds together.
